Pathetic Service

Just want to say please do not ever go to Rosewood Lodge in Randburg. Absolutely no customer service what so ever. Chantelle cannot keep to her word. What she tells you today changes tomorrow. I went to hire the venue for my husbands party and a friends party and Chantelle was supposed to get prices on food for me. After two weeks and two visits to her and numerous calls still no feedback. The cost of the venue was R1500 and one day later it is R1300. Until today she has not even had the decency to contact me. <br> <br>
