Non Delivery of services and constant ****

Peter was commissioned to upgrade my kitchen, bathroom vanities, and all built in cupboards in my home.<br> initially he was very willing and even suggested ideas.<br> A down payment of 50 % was made in July 2013.<br> He was very unpunctual , which necessitated many phone calls to get him to the job.<br> he asked for a further sum of money, which i gave him.<br> Now its almost 2 years later, i am left with unfinished cupboards,.<br> I have contacted him several times , to no avail.<br> He always lies and lies and lies.<br> He has taken more money than what is the job done to date.<br> there are panels missing in my kitchen cupboards.<br> I do know that he is working at the Zimbali Golf Estate.<br> I just wish he would respect and fulfill the original signed contract agreement.<br> He has now blocked my calls from my cellphone.
