I purchased a sarie for R699. At the Rosewood boutique in Durban. Subsequently I noticed stains on the sarie at home. I attempted exchanging the sarie but was told that company policy does not allow exchanges although it is damaged and defective. I did not see the stains when purchasing as I concentrated on the pattern, style and Colour. Nowhere in the store did it state that defective and damaged goods are sold with no returns or exchanges. This appears to me as *******, ********* business practice. I subsequently heard that many other people had similar experiences at their various stores. Please assist put a stop to the customer *******s. Thank you. Further, the owner is condescending, arrogant and rude.
