Rosewood Boutique Phoenix Plaza... Pathetic customer care

Atrocious policy of no returns. Called store to ask if they had kiddies panjabi sizes i needed. They said that they did.Went to the store to ask if i could exchange a purchase for another size... No... store policy doesn't permit this. Ok...may i return a R 179 item, get a credit and purchase 3 more items valued at R 189 each. No... " our computer system valued at R 65 000, does not permit exchanges/ refunds ect. " Sad, sad business sense... or nonsense! Also my original purchase still had the no theft magnet on it which is why i visited again in the first place.... ???? The owner, during a telecon, said that he has changed their computer system due to high occurrence of theft. I suggest that other systems be put in place as my garment still had the anti theft magnet attached as i left the store. Pathetic customer service
