I have been to the game city and chatsworth branch of Rosewood Boutique from the beginning of November 2015 looking for a suit for a function that is the at end of December 2015 . I was helped by a lady named Chanel who promises that she is going to order the correct size and color of the specific suit that i required. Every week i made numerous phone calls and visited the store to find out that the wrong suit and size was delivered. Every time that i went there she wrote my details and order in a book. Eventually i got the number of Sandy who is the manager and spoke to her although she was not helpful. She has no customer ethics i was told that unfortunately they don't have stock of the suit and i must buy it from some were else. The book that Chanel wrote the order on has magically disappeared and the manager says that if i placed an order with them i would have had my suit cause there is no records of my order. I am now left to run around like a head less chicken looking for a suit for the function this week. Very bad customer service it makes the people who work hard in the shop bad.
