Non refundable Bridal Wear to the value of R6999

I have recently purchased a bridal outfit from a store located in the Phoenix Plaza called Rosewood Boutique to the value of R6999.00 on the 7.01.2016. The bridal outfit that was purchased is an Indian, Hindu traditional outfit which comprises of a skirt, blouse piece and another piece of material that is used to d**** over the entire garment. <br> <br> Upon purchasing the outfit, the sales lady mentioned that the blouse could be cut and shaped as a short blouse to suit me and as I am petite in size so we purchased the garment paying via credit card. We thereafter took the outfit to our dressmaker and to our surprise she mentioned that the blouse was actually meant to be a longer top over the skirt, which covers the sequence work on the skirt and could not be cut to the shorter top that the sales person had told us due to the design and sequence on the blouse which makes it impossible.<br> <br> On the next day my mum and I returned to the store and told the sales lady and the manager,that we were not happy and we wanted a refund we were rudely addressed and were not given a refund nor a credit note for the money spent. This is very unprofessional and I am down R6999 and with no outfit
