Good day. I have purchased an Eastern outfit from Rosewood Boutique in Malvern park Durban. I paid R1000 for the purchase at the end of April. The outfit was worn once out and it started to rain. The colour has run on the outfit due to the rain.This happened under a month from date of purchase. The owner of the store, refuses to assist with this matter. Says there is no guarantee that colour will not run on an outfit if worn in the rain. I completely do not understand, especially as this was a higher quality clothing item, and it was barely even a month old. I can safely say, that no purchases should be made from this store. The quality of goods are inferior, but expensive and high prices are charged. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional service from the company and owner. Please stay away from this store!!!Rosewood has now lost a valued customer.
