Disgusting attitude, Rude assistant and uncaring!

Terrible experience with Sandy. They are shameless and have no pride. They don't state their policies clearly. We Purchased a wedding attire that cost over R10 000 as well as two other saries for the family which were also over R5000 each. Made payment in a rush because they were so busy at the bridal fair and I felt rushed to make the decision because the saleslady said if I came back half an hour later, it will be sold out. When I went to the store to exchange it for another one as it was totally unsuitable when I took it home, they were very rude and unprofessional. They said it's not their problem and that I can complain to whoever I want to. Reading the reviews on this platform I can see that they are very disreputable and dishonest too. After all, for someone's big day, they would obviously want the best and walking down the aisle in something that brings bad memories of the treatment received is a definite no no!!!
