Not so kumbaya at all

Some Teachers are unreasonably defensive when recommendations are made for improvement. There is no escalation when there is dissatisfaction with a particular teacher, because there is no principal. There is no attempt at rehabilitation. Certain kids are immediately placed on probation with first mistake, no warning, no efforts made to resolve issues. I find even strict Kearsney was ant least fair with their discipline process. Unpopular Kids face Victimisation by teachers - covered by a thin veneer of **** care. I find some of the teachers incredibly emotionally immature. Lack of discipline on the part of teachers is shocking. Teachers not present when school starts, or when there are school functions. Kids have to manage themselves. The lack of accountability of some teachers is unbelievable.
