Kids fail cresh (kindergarten) and be expelled from school

I have 2 kids at the school one who did not go to kindergarten is very happy at the school but the one that had to go through kindergarten is soooo unhappy, black, mistreated and said to be unlikely to pass kindergarten and if they decide not to take him to class 1 he will not be accepted back to their school yet there is no workbook work the kids are judged on

He was soooo eager to start with school a year 6 months back - now he hates it from early this year

My son get punched by in the stomach he tells me but nobody from the school tells me 😒

Most of the black kids are considered to be problematic and slow learners yet at the school they are kids who have special needs - mistreatment is beyond levels especially to the black parents and there is just about 2% of the black race and the question is why does this race not stay with the school

How does one make the child to count from 1 to 10 - when that is not taught at school and zero access to media 🤔 coz am sure at home we are not singing numbers everyday b4 supper
