Rosettenville public clinic NEGLIGENCE

I'm writing this as I am at the rosettenville clinic today for a mere cold. I was informed to wait outside by tent as that's where flu patients will be assisted. I found and elderly woman waiting there as the only patient in the queue and the tent was empty with no nurses. We waited for 40minutes with no assistance then I decided to go enquire what was the wait for as it only two patients in the queue. The lady at the entrance of clinic rudely told me that we will only be assisted if there is 10 or more patients in the queue. I tried to explain that there was an elderly woman with me outside in the cold and the clinic employer told me to go wait for the line to get longer. I am disgusted as I write this review!
