Bad attitude towards patients

I was at the clinic to collect my medication at 15h00 the nurses in the hiv room were sitting on free WiFi busy with Facebook and the other one asked me what time is it that I am coming to get my medication and she did not even give me a chance to explain why I was there at 3. We have the wrong people in that clinic who are not there to work BT who are there to show patients bad attitude . unfortunately there is no matron in charge where you can report them and the health department do nothing about these uneducated so called HIV counsellors or nurses , my contact is ********** 746 I had to go home without medication because o poor service in the clinic Rosettenville Johannesburg
