Terrible Service and disohonesty

Quite possibly the worst restaurant experience I've ever had and it all relates to the service we received from our waiter.<br> Forgotten orders, Out of stock items. The guy wrecked the orders to a point where I thought he was just trying to insult us.<br> To make matters worse, when paying, he merely decided to pocket some of my change hoping I wouldnt notice, and then still hung around expecting his tip<br>
