Poor service

Bad service from Nombuso Ndlovu (manager) treated us like we nobody after waiting for so long for her to assist us, we decided to walk away then couple after us (white) were helped within a minute I went back to ask and her reply was " I was not going to chase after you" her team members asked her to apologise and she said "she'll NEVER DO THAT" straight at my face. POOR SERVICE VERY DISAPPOINTING
