Poor customer service

Firstly I enquired for a booking and was told it's full. Then the bookings lady calls me day before when I wanted to go to tell me she wants to confirm my booking! Which booking exactly cause I was told it's full. I decide to go with them, when I get to the restaurant I find that my 11 people a split! I booked for 11 people surely that means we all want to sit together. I ask the waitress to resolve this by joining tables she told me she cannot assist me! Needless to say is this is very very poor service. For start of my interaction with the employees of this establishment I've been given poor service. I only hope what a bad impression they have left with me. I do not advise any of you to go there! I was really disappointed. Not even an apology for the seating situation just a full mouthed I cannot help you. No respect for customers.
