Disgusting service

Dear All ROSETTA'S AT EMPERORS PALACE IS DISGUSTING SERVICE Yesterday my family and I went to Rosetta's at Emperors Palace to have dinner for my son's birthday. It was a buffet type dinner and we had booked for the 20h30 seating. upon arrival the 2 very kind ladies at the till wanted payment first which i adhered to. Our table was prepared and 4 of us took seat and waited for the others to come , booking was made for 12 guests at R199.00 per person. we had cool drinks while waiting (only 2 of us) and tried the starters.All the food was absolutely cold , the pizzas were fried stiff stale and even my dog would have refused it if i gave it to him. the food tray marked Venison was actually pork, the utensils were all mixed up and shared. the roast chicken and roast pork was on the same cutting board and the same knives were used. when we complained Brain from behind the counter told us ...... quote ..if you not happy please go to another restaurant... unquote. When interacted with the rude manager Mr Abraham asking for a refund i was refused with the excuse that we have already eaten. as Hindu people we had eaten pork and beef....Pathetic. to all my hindu friends and family, the people of islam and all of you who do not consume Beef or and Pork please beware .... rather boycott that restaurant......YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.
