Birthday not Rosseta

<p>My name is Charmeine, I booked a table at the Rosseta Bistro in Emperors palace two weeks before the required date. The service is just beyond unsatisfactory, We had to wait in a queue, and finally we were given a table. While went to dish up, our table was given to some walk in guests. Which was very disappointing where we had to justify why we were sitting on that table. As if that was not enough, we were told to clear the table with our plates full, and excuse them for other walk in guests. It was a very special day for me and my friend because it was both our birthdays 11 November. I will never recommend that restaurant, after the service that i got. i know you want to make money, but building a clientele is also very important. Food was great but service BAD BAD BAD</p>
