Bad service

Took my family for supper and the food was good but unfortunately it was my husbands birthday and he doesn't eat fish , on my first booking I did not honour and I cancelled as given an email address so i can get my first booking money I did that to date nothing was done am so so disappointed with the unprofessionalism
