Absolutely SHOCKING service

I phoned to book a table and the hostess/manager told me that it is not nessesary to book as the restaurant is empty and we can just come. We got there 10min later and was told that the restaurant was full and we had to wait I told her that I phoned to book and she turned around and flipped her braids in my face, and said: \well you have to wait!!"And clicked her tongue at me. There was about 8 open tables. Behind us a woman came and asked one of the waitresses who she knew by name to make a plan for her and quickly organize her a table. Immediately the hostess came and told her they can go through. There was about 9 people in front of us and when they asked her how she could do that she just turned and walk away saying we can all go to another restaurant"
