Great Company - Awful Courier

I've ordered two products from this company - although I've only received one so far. The IPL Hair Removal device for home use is brilliant. Even though I've only had it for about a month, I'm already starting to see results and am very hopeful for the long-term benefits. Excellent quality device - far better than I was expecting due to the very reasonable price. No complaints about the company itself or the IPL device. The only reason that I've given 4 stars instead of 5 (which the company deserves for its own end of things) is because of the courier service they choose to use - Buffalo International Logistics. I've tried to direct this company's attention to Buffalo's dreadful reputation because I really believe it will damage theirs by association, but they don't seem to want to listen to that side of things from a customer. After the bad experience I had with Buffalo delivering the first product I ordered, I gave RoseSkinCo another chance because their products seem worth it. But now I've been waiting almost a month and being given an endless runaround by Buffalo so I definitely won't be ordering anything else from RoseSkinCo unless I hear that they've changed couriers. Such a pity for them to lose customers for this reason when there are excellent courier companies out there to be used. Great company, great products, awful courier - that just makes it not worth the drama and stress of ordering from them.
