Delinquent Agent & Agency

This agency deserves a zero rating! Working with a delinquent agent such as Shaun Maharaj and agency (Roseland Property Group) was by far the most frustrating and disheartening property experience I’ve ever encountered. From the outset, Shaun was *********, manipulative, and shortsighted. He had no regard for the parties involved in the sale. It became quite evident that his only priority was to secure his commission as quickly as possible, regardless of the long-term impact or what was actually agreed upon between parties.

We had clearly stipulated the payment structure and timeline, which he was fully aware of. Instead of honouring this, he **** to the seller, misrepresented our position, and created pressure in order to force a premature sale purely to close the deal fast and get paid. There was no transparency, no integrity, and certainly no interest in fair negotiation.

Shaun Maharaj’s conduct was not only unprofessional, it was pathetic and disgusting. He demonstrated no moral compass whatsoever. His actions were reckless, self-serving, and completely devoid of ethical standards. Once the deal was done and he pocketed his portion, he disappeared. There was no after-sales process, no handover, no communication — just silence. It’s clear that Roseland Property Group lacks any operational controls or accountability structures if they allow agents like this to represent their brand.

Avoid Roseland Property Group more especially Shaun Maharaj at all costs!! There are far more professional and principled agents in the market. Do not entrust your property journey to someone this dishonest and self-interested.
