Worth A Try!

I have had pretty good luck with this online store. But, improvements could be made. Some of the clothing is cheaper in quality than you'd expect. Some things are labelled as coats, but are nothing more than a thin shirt. Sizing seems to be of issue and concern for me. Some things I order fit great, and other things are much too small, and some things are huge. You want to really try and order the correct size and be certain of your choices. When you order things you pay for them to be shipped to you, but when you return them, you are also charged to return them, even when it's clear that it was not of your wrong doing. If you opt to keep the item and get a lesser refund, the refund is only like 4 dollars. Some of the clothes I have gotten are so big that they are made for very tall people like 6 foot tall. Others are so small that they were made for very small people. For the United States, I am right at average in height of 5' 4" - and so it seems to me that when they list something with a US size equivalency it should fit those standards of US sizing. Some of the items are so small they shouldn't even be considered plus size. I also end up having to wait for RMA numbers. As with my most recent return, they are having me wait 3 days for RMA numbers. I just received a refund from my last return. They were supposed to refund the money as soon as they received my return, but they waited until I contacted them about whether or not they received my return before they even began to initiated the funds transfer. I have spent a lot of money trying out their products. Some of the clothing I have received, I have liked, and other items have been very thin and disappointing. I was very happy with one shirt I received, it was of a very heavy and substantial material and has made it through the laundry without any problems. On the flip side I ordered some leggings that I love, but on the first day I wore them, they snagged. What's equally annoying is that I actually like the designing, and feel if more attention was made on obtaining quality materials for every item, and streamlining of sizes, it would be a much more successful business, with even more positive reviews. I will continue at this time to try out more products. Hopefully things fall into line, and I get a better feel for sizing and the quality of materials. At this point, everything I purchase seems as though it's a bit of a shot in the dark.
