Worked hard to earn back my business. Impressive all the way around.

Lots of stylish clothes and accessories for affordable prices and there is seemingly a new deal or sale daily. I ordered over a dozen items from them since November of 2017 and have been satisfied with the quality of the materials. I actually had a major complaint with a product I ordered that took over 5+ weeks to ship out and did not arrive in time for the intended holiday/gift for which it was intended even though I was so promised. I was understandably irate and had sworn to NEVER give them my business again. However, their customer service team was persistent to win back my business, but not in an obnoxious way. Through a series of well-timed e-mails in which they were accountable for their error and made several meaningful "bounce back" offers to make up for their mistake, they were able to win back my trust and I couldn't be more happy with their level of service and products.
