waitting on a order

I have been ordering from this company for years. I have had no real big problems and any little problems customer service wood always be there for me.They would say it would take up to 30 days to get your order and they were right.For example order # Z ********** ********** 34 I paid $ 42.53 that included free shipping on 02/02/2019 pm. Then it was being processed and packed and then it was shipped on 02/11/2019. As a good customer while I was waiting on my order to arrive, I would get emails with sails that was going on and so for the they always keep me in the loop of there store. Some orders I got a email saying it will be here on friday and so forth. So then 03/01/2019 my nicely packaged order was in my mailbox. So I would reckon rosegal to everyone just be patient while you are waiting on your order it will come. And if anything is wrong they will take care of it.
