Unfinished Alarm Installation and Disputed Customer Access
I hired Rosec Security Solutions for an alarm installation described as a roughly three-day job. As of 31 October 2026, the installation, testing, training and handover remain incomplete. I have paid R24,799 to Rosec/RM Logie and a separate R1,499 Olarm subscription. The final account still needs a proper reconciliation. On 20 October, an Olarm notification identified Robert Logie's account as having removed my access without my permission. Olarm confirmed he retained primary-user control. His account re-added me on 21 October, but I remain a shared user, not the primary administrator of my own security system. I acknowledge his stated medical leave until 2 November. However, I require a written completion schedule, witnessed testing, proper training and handover, primary control transferred to me, and an accurate final account. I lodged a complaint with PSiRA on 21 October and followed up on 28 October. This is a matter of home security and accountability.
