Virus laden WiFi

Contracted a virus in my phone through use of the zones WiFi. I messaged them on Facebook only to be ignored. As someone who is currently unemployed I've been without a phone for a week now with no financial means to repair it. I'm very upset about it and even more upset about being ignored. Your WiFi messed up my phone...very angry
