Terrible service at rose bank mall

On the 12th of November 2022 , my family and i went to Rosebank Mall ( The Zone) we arrived at Panarottis at 7:30pm ordered our food at 8pm the lights went off 15 minutes later waiting no generator has kicked in for such a HUGE mall not have a working generator and bare in mind this is not my FIRST TIME at the mall where there was load shedding and the generator was not working , my innocent kids were hungry i waited till 9pm and still no lights no food it is very unprofessional for such a well known established mall not to have a working generator to kick in automatically which is going on for months ! i wasted my petrol driving all the way to the mall to come find that they dont have a generator that is working pathetic !!! something needs to be done urgently
