Stinking Toilets

Every week the toilets are decorated with fresh flowers but the stench that comes from the toilets is shocking. It's like a public toilet in the middle of busy Market. Strong smell of very old and new dried up urine. Disinfectants don't work if nobody lifts toilet seats and scrubs around the toilet floors. I don't think they are even using disinfectants otherwise it wouldn't smell like a prison toilet. Absolutely disgusting. The manager says he wouldn't know cause he never goes into female toilets. Surely he can stick his head in there at the end of the day. My husband tells me the male toilets aren't good either. The movie experience is not about popcorn only. What is shocking is the smell of the movie seats and carpets too. Get a cleaning company to deep clean those smelly seats which have probably never seen soap in decades. Smelly cinemas ain't cool. We are paying customers and need to be hosted in clean spaces. I would be shocked if I'm the only one who has noticed this problem. And if I'm not, why is everybody keeping quiet about the ****ty state of our cinemas. Somebody please help. You would think they would get excellent managers to manage these places after renovations.
