SNARKY RUDE AND HOSTILE SECURITY GUARD

I have just left the store in the mall in tears of frustration because of the utterly hostile and arrogant attitude of the security guard (a male) at the entrance of the food section insisted that I allow him to sanitize my hands. I have had this conversation before. It occured today between 13:45 & 13:50 - 17/02/2021 I use my own method O PPE and wear nitrile gloves as I am allergic to the high level of alcohol in the sanitizer. The law says we MUST wear a mask...it SUGGESTS that we sanitize our hands...unless every product in the store is sterislised the point is moot. I get that Woolworths reserves the right to prevent a customer from entering. I respect that right. I reserve the right to shop elsewhere.

I am happy to not be a customer. What I do not appreciate is the way he spoke to me. I asked for his name and he stood right in front on my face (NO SOCIAL DISTANCING) and flashed the back of his card and name-tag at me. (also in my face) I do hope they can access CCTV footage to observe what hapened . I said I would leave and he said "then go out" like I am a dog.

sorry not okay. We are all aware of the disaster regulations and are highly astute at maintaining the protocol;s but I had this out last year with Woolworths ... I waer very pricey disposable nitrile gloves. I taskae what I need and pay and leave. I am not a child nor am I going to tolerate disrespect of such nature
