Rosebank Mall

Recently my p.o. box was moved from Parklands to Saxonwold as the Parklands unit has closed, the mall has a 15 minute free time for parking. This is not enough time to get to the post box and out again. I approached the Mall management to ask if this could be increased to 20 minutes and the reaction was one of no interest at all, in fact I was told that the minimum charge was to be increased from R 8.00 to R 9.00. I go to the box every day and though this not a lot of money in the scheme of things it seems to me that the Mall is not interested in a workable free time. Not impressed at all!
