Poor Signage & Aggressive 'Guards'
My wife, 17 weeks pregnant, had an early morning appointment at Rosebank Hospital. We parked inside Rosebank Mall's U/G parking (off Sturdee Ave). About the access ramp to Sturdee Ave, which we've always used to exit the parking, a guard (apparently) shouted at us and told us to exit the parking at the far end of the parking lot. I did not know this person and looking at the dim far end of the parking lot there was no evident EXIT signage. Crime being what it is, I decided the safer option was to exit at the ramp, which we did. Only then did I notice the signage 'no pedestrians', but my mind was made up. I've never seen this sign before and the 'guard' did not point it out either. Another guard (apparently) then charged up the ramp shouting at us like a demented person. In my mind I had already determined the outcome of any potential confrontation
