Poor security response

Hi I have a massive complaint On Saturday the 11 November 2017 22h40 my family and i of 4 kids came for a fun family night out at the zone bowling area. Next to us is a team who all of a sudden broke out in a major fight. They were kicking each others heads. Alcohol bottles were then taken from the table and broke it on the lady The play area was full of bottles and blood. The worst thing is security took 10 minutes before they arrived. And when these people ran outside security was out the bowling area but these people kept on coming in and hitting each other within the play area. This is so disgusting. Firstly these brawls happen in bars and shebeen due alcohol driven so why is alcohol being served in a family area. Bearing in mind that alcohol is the driver of these fights and brawls. The other thing is security is so slow on response. I am so upset and would like a response i would love to take this to the media as well because people should know what is happening and avoid this bowling area. The security of this place is putrate and not efficient at all.
