Pathetic customer service!

Lodged a complaint here last week, was promised a refund that was supposed to hit my bank account yesterday and I am still waiting... No Tablet and no refund... Pay me back, Samsung Rosebank. Sanele Gwala and your manager pay me for the equipment that you did not deliver or bother to call me back. Just give me back my money. You are a huge disappointment and a failure to a loyal customer, pay me back so we can part ways!!!!
