Parking office lady an idiot

<p>Pressed the ticket machine button to get a ticket, it said the "tickets are finished". Summoned for the security guard (didn't see the info button to contact the ticket office). He pressed the button and told the lady that there are no tickets so I can not get in (the lane next to me was closed). She told him to tell me to use the next lane and then just hung up. Pressed the button again to tell her that the other lane was closed, she just said the same thing and hung up. This happened several times. Eventually there was a row of cars behind me so I was blocked off completely. I pressed the button a couple more times to contact the idiot lady but she just kept cutting my call when she heard my voice. Left my car at the boomgate and told the security guard to take me to the idiot so that I can tell her off. The guard said the idiot's name is Lucia. Eventually got to the ticket office, told the idiot Lucia off. Some guy claiming to be representing the mall stepped in to resolve the issue and said that she would be reprimanded. Went back to the car to finally park in the parking lot. By this time they had opened up the lane next to me which was previously closed. So the queue of cars were getting in through the other lane. There was one car behind me. The driver of that pulled out a knife and threatened to slash my tyres (he was angry). I told him to use the knife if he dares. He then threatened to stab me. He was angry because I parked in front of the boomgate which caused traffic up to Cradock Avenue (according to him). Obviously my parking there was not my fault. It was that idiot Lucia's fault for being such a dumb-****. How does the mall employ such dim-witted people? The security guards stepped in and dealt with the angry man. The security guards dealt with everything properly and I would like to compliment them. The idiot Lucia should be reprimanded. How stupid can you get?</p>
