No air con and drunk employees

Honestly I don’t know how the hell one is supposed to shop at Rosebank Mall ?! It’s like their air cons on never on .. its festive season one of the busiest times of the year and these people decide to suffocate their guests ? Honestly travel a bit further and shop at Sandton or East Gate or even EAST RAND MALL !! atleast you know that you’ll be kept nice and refreshed while you shop. I even asked a gentleman working at the mall who deals with maintanence about what is going on with the aircon. This man was so drunk and was stinking of booze ! Rosebank Mall has no consideration for customer well being. If you don’t believe me then take a walk around the mall for a good 5 to 10 minutes and then immediately go outside you will feel a huge difference.
