Bad service indeed

A while back I went there to the Food *****s in Rosebank to get some lunch.... I remember it was Wednesday and they were having the burger special. I then asked to pay for extra package for the fries... The guy who was busy with chickens, refused. I asked for the Manager, but to my surprise, he or she was not in the store.... I ended up leaving and getting lunch somewhere else. I complained about the service on line, but still till this day, no response from the manager. I have since made peace never to set my foot there again. They don't deserve my money at all. The service is terrible indeed......
