Bad service

I'm not happy with kfc rosebank service I waited for almost 30 minutes for my order of colonel burger on the 25th the way they were so slow the lady at front even told the people at the back client has been waiting for her order one rep**** that client have to wait we only got an order now that was like 15 minutes later
