ORDER PLACED ONLINE, I PAID FOR IT, NO DELIVERY

I ordered 3 dresses with ROSE WHOLESALE I paid in US DOLLARS. i ONLY RECEIVED 2 DRESSES.<br> Not the quality they advertised...disgusting stuff, the 3rd dress i have not received it's 3 months now. they seem to have blocked my from their site.
