Have not recieved my items - more than 3 months

I still have not received my items an it was placed on21 Aug. 2017. When I write to 'Support' they only reply " go to your post office with tracking no. and confirm your physical address." --- The tracking no does not exist ant any SA post office and my physical address are the same and did receive packages from Whish at this address.
