Disgusted

Sir<br> <br> I have placed an order by above mentioned company on the 20th August 2015 and have paid via Pay Pal on the same day.<br> <br> On the 5th of September i have received mail that my order is shipped, but only two of the three items that I have ordered. The outstanding item was posted on the 14th of September 2015. On the 10th of October the company sent mail whereby I must write a review regarding my order and the service received. Having received nothing then, I have tried to submit my answer, and lodged a complaint, but I could not get through to their support desk.<br> <br> Up till now (05 April 2016) I have not received anything yet. I have contacted Pay Pal on the 30th Of January, 2016 and lodged a complaint The company came back to me, explaining the delayed delivery to weather conditions, the festive season, the fact that the items go via China. They gave me the assurance that the tracking record shows that my parcels are still on their way. Pay Pal then closed the dispute on the 3rd of February 2016.<br> <br> I would like to have my money back ($44.49). I have lost interest in the items, and faith in the company, and want no further dealings with them. I am disgusted!<br> <br> Thank you in advance.
