Bad Service, ****!!!

I made an order which is "HH ********** ********** 96" and the reference no is: RG ********** 49BE & NR ********** ********** the order was paid on the 10/30/2017, and today it's 22 March 2018 I haven't received what I have paid for, this is really a bad service, and I was ****med now my money is gone for nothing!!!
