30 days later, no deliveries

<p>I purchased some items at rosewholesale and they were shipped out on the 4th August 2016. According to their website, the approximate time to receive your parcels is 10 - 25 days after after your order has been shipped out. i am now on day 30 without my parcels. i tried to contact them several times but i can't get assistance or explanation and today they told me to wait until 2016.10.04 before i could trace my order, something new to me. I am told the courier transporting for them is PostNL and i have asked them several times to contact that courier but they seem not interested, kindly assist....
