WORST SERVICE EVER AT ROSE SPA AND BEAUTY!

Bought a groupon for a full body massage, manicure and pedicure at Rose Spa and Beauty in Blaawberg. Called for weeks, trying to speak to a rather rude chineese lady. I finally got a booking a month later, but when i showed up, they said I didnt have one. The staff were extremely rude African girls, with really bad attitudes. not accommodating at all, and also kept shouting at me as i tried explaining. This place has given me nothing but unprofessional, bad service and I would'nt advise anyone to go here. I also noticed that my voucher has been redeemed, even though I never received any service from them, and didnt make a booking according to them. Groupon has also been extremely useless in assisting with the matter.<br>
