Most unprofessional and disrespectful people

If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a wiki deal voucher for the spa in Kenridge and when we tried making a booking no one answered every time we phoned. We even sent an email with no response from them. When we finally got through to them the voucher had already expired and when we tried to explain it they were so rude. Spoke to the owner who told me she is too busy and put the phone down in my ear. Horrible service and won't recommend them to anyone.
