Unprofessionalism and bad service

I booked a couples massage for myself and my fianc? for Monday 28/03/16 when we got there the staff were very unprofessional looking, not like massaging the******, they were all sitting in the front reception chatting. The one lady who massaged my fianc?s nails were very unhygienic and not presentable( for a place that does nails , I will never have my nails done there) . It was my fianc?'s first experience and the lady who massaged him put no effort into it, she had no passion to do a service. Her attitude showed that she did not feel like doing it. It was NOT a relaxed experience, no tranquility. The room was cold as we laid there half naked. There was no the****utic Chinese music, I had to ask the lady to turn on some music to help us relax. it really was a waste of money and a waste of time and a very uncomfortable and dreadful experience for my fiance' who I felt so sorry for through the entire process.
