PROBLEM WITH THE BUSINESS

Unprofessional & unfriendly.<br> Owner very unfriendly and rude, not helpful and does not respond to calls, messages or wapps.<br> Do they want business at all?<br> I would not recommend this business to anyone and will tell all my friends about their poor attitude and non-existent service.<br> <br> I've bought a GROUPON voucher and emailed the business to make an appointment. After 3 days of not getting a response, I've emailed them again. Still no response or reply.<br> After another 2 days I've texted the mobile number and 2 additional numbers that I got from their website. I've phoned all 3 numbers several times, but no answer.<br> After a week of getting no response, I had to drive to the business to see what's going on and make an appointment.<br> The owner was busy having a pedicure in the foyer when I arrived and was texting on her mobile. There was a friendly lady that was able to make my appointment. I told them about my experience with the business to date, only to hear that she (the owner) is too busy between her 2 businesses (Table View and Tygervalley). I mean really, to busy not to respond in 7 days????!!!! ?<br> <br> I will never support this business!! Luckily I got my money refunded.
