No respect for time,arrogant and rude

I had a back and neck massage groupon voucher nd booked a pedicure as well.They started by doing my pedi,as i was sitting there was a walkin came through wanting a massage,the owner took him knowing i was next for a massage and that they only had one room for massages.Pedicure was done nd i had to wait for 1hr 30 mins hoping to cool down an get my massage.She kept on walking out the room whilst busy with a massage nd i ddnt realise she had instructed her girls to give me a longer foot massage to compensate my back and neck.I was there from 1.30 pm until 4pm when she decided the pedi massage had covered what i paid and the took clients that came after me instead,the poor ladies were booked for 3pm but only seen at 4pm...:she still wanted to cause a scene nd embarass me when i mentioned i was not gonna pay coz i did not get the service i booked for and that she was unprofessional and wasted my time....would never recomend the place at all
