Rose gold poultry farm

Thought I would share my experience with everyone out there looking to buy poultry goods, was looking for some baby chickens and came accross a website which was listed on Google and olx, they are listed to be in different area's but when you call they advise they are based in Queenstown, when i called a man named Raymond answered and advised he can assist and the truck will be in gauteng the next day and also sent me video's of baby chicks. I was then advised I can have my order delivered to my door step the following day, I asked how do we go about payment he advised ewallet or cash send. I sent the initial R250 he quoted and later that day he called back to say he needs the order to be bigger or else they cannot deliver, he then asked me to take more chicks. I declined as I have limited space so he said if I don't my order won't come through and can follow the refund process which takes 7 days. I decided to order chicken feed which came to another R840 which needed to be cash sent again. The following morning he advised the truck cannot leave if i dont pay insurance for my order, which is fully refundable on delivery and that's another R280. I declined and he immediately said the insurance needs to be paid and that's not negotiable regardless of what i say. So I went on to pay the R280. In the afternoon I asked where is the delivery he said I must be patient, the order will arrive.

I let the day pass, the following day (day3) I contacted him again and he ignored my messages... In the afternoon he contacts me to say the truck has reached gauteng but is now at customs and I need to pay customs to release the truck which has my order. I then said it's fine i will save you the trouble and go to customs myself and fetch my order. He then became very angry and said I must pay or else he will instruct driver to not make my delivery and head back to Queenstown. By now I realized that I have been ****med and was never getting any order.
