*********** - takes your money and does not follow through

So, I am beyond shocked at the level of audacity from Rose Gold Photography owner Kristin Terwin.

4th Feb 2020 - she answered all my questions, she invoiced me, I paid in full and sent her the receipt. 5th Feb 2020 - I try and secure my date and time for my shoot. She takes forever to get back to me - this should of been my first sign of trouble. 11th Feb 2020 - We finally confirm my shoot date, time and location - 16th Feb 2020, 6pm at Brighton Beach. I inquire about the dress hire that came with my package. 11th Feb 2020 - I pick up my dress from the dress hire company - mind you she is fantastic! Definitely knows how to run a business! I make my hair and nails booking for my shoot 14th Feb 2020 – my sister shows me her Facebook post that she has had a death in the family, naturally I contact Kristin to find out about my shoot and offer my condolences 15th Feb 2020 – Kristin responds and asks to reschedule, I say ofcourse and patiently await her feedback of the reschedule date 17th Feb 2020 – I drop off the dress with the hiring company 18th Feb 2020 – Kristin responds asking about which dates would suit me, I instantly respond giving her my preferred days and ask for her availability, I also messaged on Facebook messenger. No response via email or facebook messenger – she is scheduled to go back to work after her leave on the 24th Feb 2020. Kristin posts that she is having an issue with her emails – so I message again on Facebook Kristin responds to potential clients on Facebook, but ignores my messages 26th Feb 2020 – No feedback from my last email 28th Feb 2020 – Kristin responds to my ***orker on email at the same time I was emailing her My partner and I both call, I whatsapp her, send her emails and messages on Facebook – no response either. But… I post on her wall and wow I finally get a response. Great news right. No because I want a refund, how can I even go through with my shoot, I will likely not even get my pictures. Now she wants me to wait 12 days for my refund… I think not, she can give her explanation to the police officer that attends to this matter. Then… People start messaging to say that she does this all the time.

Please do not pay this women a cent, do not request her services. So disturbed that she can treat someone that is 34 weeks pregnant this way, when maternity shoots are her core business. Utterly sad!
