Rose day spa should lose their license

WORST SPA EVER. Should honestly just lose their license. Went to the spa in kenridge to make an appointment only for the Chinese owner MAGGIE to be blatantly disrespectful and asked us if we made an appointment. We said that we had come to make an appointment for a couples massage and that we have a voucher. The inherent the****** started getting the room ready and asked us to sit so long. Maggie was rude and told us to go to Tygervalley road rose day spa they will help us tomorrow. Keep in mind they had no clients at the time.

We get to the other spa and meet with the the****** ZETHU who tells us they can't help us on weekends and after 3pm (they close 7:30 pm) we explained that if we can't do it a weekend can we do it late afternoon as we work till 5pm and that those conditions are not stated on the fine print of the voucher (only conditions regarding days are that valentines day and public holidays aren't included, nothing about the hours)

With her phone constantly ringing and loudly pinging with messages she gave that attention instead.

We already spent money on the couples massage and got sent from the one spa to the next only to get no booking. When I messaged Maggie for a booking after all this she ignored me once I mentioned the voucher.
